1.    Fish and Chips (Britain)
Fish and Chips is a popular Britain dish that originated in England. This dish consist of battered fried white fish fillet and fried potato. The most common fish that used in this dish are Cod, Haddock and Flounder. The fillet get dipped in a batter made of flour, milk, eggs and deeped fried along with the potato. This dish is served whilst still piping hot.
 
2.    Paella de Mariscos (Spanish)
Seafood Paella is a popular rice dish in Spain that contain mixed shellfish like mussel, shrimp, langoustines, and squid. This dish is usually seasons with green pepper, tomatoes, saffron and paprika. Due to the abudance of fish and othe seafood, this dish is a popular summer dish in Spain.

3.    Laksa (Malaysia and Singapore)
Malaysian and Singaporean both have a laksa dish. Laksa is a soup based dish that popular in Southeast Asia Countries. This dish contain noodle and various topping including seafood like prawn or fish. The soup is usually spicy and the base is made of coconut cream and seasoned broth. By comparison, Malaysian laksa often tastes more sour because it is used tamarind and fish stock in the soup base.

4.    Fish Tacos (Mexico)
Fish tacos is commonly found as a street food. It is popular meal from Mexico that made with corn tortillas as a shell, with fish, cabbage, salsa, sour cream or sauces as the filling. It is creamy and crispy, salty and spicy, the taste that will satisfy your tastebud and a great choice of snacking.

5.    Clam Chowder (US)
Clam chowder is commonly made with milk, butter, potatoes, salt pork, onion and clams. Then the soup is thickened by flour and is served with oyster crackers. This dish is originated from USA and a popular dish from New England.

6.    Bouillabaisse (France)
This is a classic Southern French dish or in particular come from town Marseille. Bouillabaisse require a lot variety of fish and traditionally what fishermen hadn’t sold in the morning. There are variation to make this dish but in general you will need many variety of fresh fish and the bouillabaisse broth that made of saffron, orange zest and fennel.

7.    Sashimi (Japan) 
Sashimi is a thinly slice raw fresh fish that usually eaten by dipping it into soy sauce. It is a Japanese delicacy that can be appetizer or main course. The chef will cut the fish with different thickness by the type of fish. The popular fish or ingredients that used as sashimi is Tuna, Salmon, Scallop, Mackerel, Octopus and Squid.
